How pre-orders work
- Pay now to reserve yours. Pay in full at checkout with Mobile Money or card, like any order.
- We tell you when it arrives. Each item shows its expected arrival date. We email you as soon as it lands and arrange delivery or pickup.
- Changed your mind? Cancel any time before it arrives for a full refund, from My Account → Orders, or call or WhatsApp 050 893 8478 / 055 357 2145.
- Pre-order items are checked out on their own, separate from in-stock items.
